Grand occasions, quietly perfected.

Royal receptions, weddings, summits and race-day weekends — conceived in our Deira majlis and delivered anywhere in the Emirates, down to the last cup of gahwa.

Our welcome

In Dubai, hospitality is not a service. It is a point of honour — the coffee poured before you sit, the host who walks you to your car. We were raised on it. Every occasion we make begins there.

Prime Route is a small senior team of producers, designers and hosts working from Port Saeed, a few minutes from the abra stations where Dubai first learned to receive the world.

We take on a limited number of occasions each season, so the person you meet at the first conversation is the person standing beside you on the night.

Royal & dignitary

Protocol is a language we speak fluently.

Order of precedence. Forms of address. The gift presentation, the motorcade, the moment the doors open. We handle them with the calm of people who have read the protocol twice — and signed the confidentiality agreement before the first meeting.

  • Non-disclosure on every contract, every crew member
  • Gahwa, dates and bakhoor served by trained hosts
  • All-female teams for ladies’ majlis and receptions

The sporting season

From the Meydan rail to the Marina after-party.

Dubai’s season is a run of unmissable weekends. We build the hospitality around them — so your guests arrive on time, watch from the right seat and never once ask where to go next.

  • Dubai World Cup boxes, suites and race-day styling
  • Tennis and golf championship client days
  • Rugby Sevens fan villages and corporate tents
  • Camel racing and falconry at Al Marmoom
  • Company sports days and tournaments

How we work

From the first coffee to the final car.

One producer stays with you from start to finish. You will always know who is responsible — and you will never have to chase.

  1. 01المجلس

    The majlis

We sit together — at our office, your home or your boardroom — and listen: to the guests, the tone, and what must not go wrong.

  2. 02التصميم

    The design

Venue, concept, florals, light, menu and running order, presented as one proposal with an honest budget in dirhams.

  3. 03الإنتاج

    The making

Permits, suppliers, rehearsals and guest logistics — with a short weekly update and nothing left to guess.

  4. 04الاستقبال

    The arrival

Chauffeurs, greeters and hosts timed to the minute, so the evening begins the moment a guest steps out of the car.

  5. 05الليلة

    The night

We run the floor so you can be a guest at your own occasion — then clear away quietly after the last farewell.

Arrivals

The evening begins at the kerb.

Every Prime Route occasion can include chauffeured arrivals — scheduled against the running order, never booked as an afterthought.

The Dubai season

We plan by the city’s calendar.

The best dates go early. These are the moments our clients start talking to us about months ahead.

  • October – April

    Wedding season

Cool evenings open the desert, the beach and the garden lawns.

  • 2 December

    UAE National Day

Corporate celebrations, heritage evenings and family gatherings in the national colours.

  • 31 December

    New Year’s Eve

Rooftops, yachts and villa terraces facing the fireworks.

  • Late winter

    Tennis & golf

Hospitality suites and client days through the championship weeks.

  • Spring

    Dubai World Cup

Race-day boxes, fashion on the lawn and the after-party.

  • The holy month

    Ramadan & Eid

Iftar tents, suhoor majlis and Eid gatherings, done with respect and generosity.

They understood the difference between a big wedding and a grand one. Four hundred guests — and my mother still talks about the majlis they built for the elders.
